When you open your email you will see the Quick Time Movie icon. Under it the numbers for the size of the file will be moving as it is downloaded from the Mail Drop Cloud.
Once it is downloaded from Mail Drop the QuickTime icon will change to a play button.
You then will see me in the video. Hold down the control key and click and hold on the track pad with the curser/arrow over the video.
A drop down video will appear asking you where you want to save the video. I chose to save the class video attachment on my desktop.
I now can see my class video on my desktop (I circled it in red). Double tap on the icon to open the video.
You now can play the video.
